Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all EU orders placed before 12:00 CET (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) on the same working day. Orders placed after this cut-off time or on non-working days will be dispatched the following business day.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has left the warehouse. During peak periods (e.g., seasonal launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. If any products are subject to delayed dispatch, we will clearly indicate this on our website at the point of purchase.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We currently ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.
Approximate shipping times are as follows:
Germany - 1–2 days
Austria - 1–2 days
Denmark - 1–2 days
France - 1–2 days
Italy - 2–3 days
Netherlands - 1–2 days
Belgium - 1–2 days
Spain - 2–3 days
All deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, Direct Drinks Distribution, using premium parcel services.
Orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you will be able to reschedule via the courier’s notification email or SMS.
Delivery hours are typically Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00 (local time), excluding national holidays.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Deliveries can only be made to a single address per order.
If your address is in a remote or hard-to-reach location, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you before processing.
Deliveries will be made to your doorstep. Our couriers are not able to assist with unpacking or carrying parcels beyond the point of delivery.
